website_pictureThe scope of work for this project involved three-phase, on-line, double-conversion, static-type, UPS installations. The project included complete transient voltage surge suppression, input harmonics reduction, rectifier-chargers, batteries, battery disconnect devices, inverters, static bypass transfer switches, and external maintenance bypass/isolation switches.

Pre-existing conditions in the space complicated this interior build-out. To meet energy code, the room required a new stand alone mechanical system and an interior building envelope. The space was designed to meet the Sustainable Airport Manual (SAM) requirements and included an innovative chilled beam mechanical system. This project was given a rating of "5 Green Airplanes," the CDA’s highest certification level.
