Project Scope:

Broadway Electric restored the damaged areas with patching, painting, and the replacement of architectural finishes.  The hazardous material abatement included lead and asbestos.  BEI restored the existing construction affected by the performance of the fire alarm system work. 


The project required strict compliance with Infection Prevention and Control Measures and rigorous, ongoing system testing was done along side the Government's independent contractor (GIC) to include the planning, coordination, testing and scheduling for the new system.  

This project was completed more than 12 months ahead of schedule.
